Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment for a Demo Reel Package, Demo Reel Update, General Editing Session, or Audition Taping, with less than 12 hours notice, a fee of $35 will be incurred at your next rescheduled session.

There are no exceptions.

All cancellations must be made by phone. Cancellations by e-mail, or any other text-based method, are unacceptable.

Late Arrival Policy

All appointments are to begin on time and as scheduled. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will incur a late-arrival charge of $20.
